Siesta Key PT was the third physical therapy practice I had gone to. The first two had failed to achieve the results I needed to fully recover and after a second surgery I was growing concerned. Dave, the owner at Siesta Key PT, mapped out a course of treatment which was far more extensive than anyone had before. Three months later I feel as good as new! Dave Ochsendorf and his co-workers really understand the challenges that are brought to them and devise highly effective individual programs for the betterment of each client. They all truly care about each client and are always cheerful and very encouraging. They are the best!

We recently visited Dr. Dave and the team at SRQ PT while we were in the Sarasota area for some unique health concerns that are effecting the arms and upper back. We only got to work with them for about three weeks, but we are so glad that we did. Dr. Dave was so caring and empathic to our situation and great wealth of knowledge and information. He put us at ease and provided professional and positive care. So down to earth and easy to talk to. We found some relief for the ailments and are continuing on the road to well being much more confidently than before we came to Dr. Dave. We wish that we could see them more and look forward to visiting whenever we are in the area. He gave us a good routine to head home with. The practice was very easy to work with in regards to scheduling as well. This is not a big business PT place but a small and focused family run PT. Dr. Dave and his team are there to help and we really felt that. I am most humbled to have landed at Siesta Key Physical Therapy on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota following my difficult shoulder replacement surgery.  This is precisely where the rubber meets the road in an effort to restore my mobility.  In my lifetime, I have probably used the services of Physical Therapy 8 to 10 times.  From the front desk personalities of Roxane and Ashley, I was welcomed with a very high level of accommodation and in such an inviting manner. They represent this exceptional business very well. Owners Dave and Kristy Ochsendorf operate this very capable establishment. I was first evaluated by Dave, who showed a high level of knowledge regarding how best to get me back on the road to recovery.  Once the treatment plan was finalized every subsequent visit was reevaluated and adjusted to fine-tune my therapy plan. When I was unable to work with Dave, Peter always stepped up in a very big and amazing way.  Peter is also a great guy. They have wonderfully capable employees as they operate in unison to maintain a high level of care. Finally, as I got either hot or cold therapy, I had the opportunity to observe how other patients were treated.  They were encouraged and gently motivated in such a positive manner. Everyone was attempting to regain their mobility and it was fascinating to watch. Siesta Key Physical Therapy is the place to go. I highly recommend them. I am so grateful for the experience I had there.

Siesta Key Physical Therapy is the greatest place for any kind of rehab. In three months they have totally relieved any pain and movement problems from my rotator cuff surgery (which completely severed my tendon off the bone). Dave, Kristy, and their amazing team are the best !! Please take my word that there is no other place even close to their expertise & therapy. 👍

Siesta Key PT is the best.  I went in there not being able to walk straight due to lower back pain, and between Kristy and Dave they tag teamed to get me back to normal in a matter of weeks.  They listen to your needs, diagnose the problems quickly, work with your schedule and prescribe the perfect amount of both hands on and at home PT.  I'm back to tennis, pickleball and all the activities I used to do.

I can’t thank Dave and his staff enough for being so kind and accommodating! I was visiting Siesta Key for a family vacation about 5 weeks after having hip arthroscopy surgery and per my physical therapy protocol I was expected to ride a stationary bike 3-4 times a day. I called Siesta Key Physical Therapy prior to my trip and they said that it wouldn’t be a problem for me to set this up with them. I was able to stop in multiple times a day during my vacation to ride the stationary bike for a very reasonable fee - much cheaper than any of the other options I had looked into. This allowed me to enjoy my vacation while still making sure I was sticking to my PT protocol. I am very grateful for Dave and his staff!

Having broken everything there is to break in my ankle and also a bone in my other foot I knew that finding a specialist ankle Physical Therapist was going to be key to my recovery. Thank goodness I was able to find David Ochsendorf at Siesta Key Physical therapy. Whilst an excellent generalist Dave has a wealth of specialist experience in treating foot and ankle problems. Understanding the seriousness of my injury he made every effort to fit me in during the height of season. Seeing the progress I have made my Doctor described Dave as a ‘miracle worker.’Everyone at the practice is highly professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. I believe that you couldn’t find a better team to help you with your recovery.

As a medical physician, I appreciate outstanding care. Dave worked with me after my shoulder surgery and total knee replacement and did a superb job.

I cannot speak too highly of this team. This  is the second time that I have needed the professional help of Dave and his PT team. And a week later I am discharged almost 100% recovered from a severely torn calf muscle. I was seen on time every time, and treated with compassion and concern. What more could one ask for? Highly recommended!

I am a retired dentist and I know good from bad.  I presented with 4 problem areas.  The chiropractor was of no use.  I changed to the one recommended by Siesta Key.  Siesta Key Physical Therapy alleviated the problems.  They are the best PT establishment that I have ever had the pleasure to use.  THEY ARE NUMBER ONE!!!!  Do not go anywhere else.  They are knowledgeable and get results.
